Surcharges May Apply If:
Service Add On's, Package Add On's & Rentals

- Last minute booking (within 2 weeks of event date)
- Serving non-alcoholic beverages from the bar vs self-serve
- Travel Package Add On (out of state)
- Travel Fee (in state, but more than 25 miles from Atlanta Zoo - 800 Cherokee Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30315)
- Additional hours or guests (more than what our package offers)
- Upgraded Bar Experience (glassware, dehydrated fruit, etc.)
- Holiday Season (on a major holiday or 3 days before or 3 days after)
- Outdoor or partial outdoor event (with no cover, heating, or cooling if necessary)
- Intricate maneuvering to bar area, ex. stair only access, long walking distances
- Beverage dispenser rental (for self-serve of your non-alcoholic beverages ex. tea & lemonade)
- Champagne “Pour” Service - going around table to table pouring champagne vs champagne table
- DJ Add On (will be more because two services are booked, but overall you will receive a discount)
We charge a little extra ;) for anything that requires more work or time:
- Ex. being at multiple bars
- •- requires set up & break down of 2+ bars
- Ex. moving bar locations
- •- from outside to inside
- •- or from one room to another room
- •- or one area of the room to another of the room
- Because we have to set everything up at the first bar (or bars), then break it all down, move and tote it all to another bar (or bars), then set it all up again, then break it all down at the end of the event
